Paris, November 3rd, 2016 – Ligatus, Europe’s leading native advertising and performance marketing network (subsidiary of Gruner + Jahr), has appointed Véronique Pican as Country Manager for France. As General Manager, Veronique Pican will be in charge of the team and business development, as well as the growth of programmatic native and mobile.
Graduated from ESC Rouen (Neoma), Véronique Pican’s career began in 1989 in major international media groups, such as L’Expansion, Axel Springer and last the Express Roularta where she was Director of Sales and Marketing. She joined MediaCom (WPP) in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer, and in May 2014, she became General Manager and Sales Director for France Yahoo!. She is also a member of the Board of the iAB and Antenna France.
These experiences have enabled Véronique Pican to perfectly master the advertising sector and develop her management skills. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of the market and customers, she will also support Ligatus’ publishers by helping them maximize the monetization of their inventory and offer them more services.
