Cologne, July 3, 2018 - Ligatus, the leading provider of native advertising, welcomes yet another high profile to the company with the appointment of Edzard Maske as new Sales Director. Maske joins the Ligatus team from Scout24 Media, where he served as Head of International Ad Sales & Programmatic Advertising, to strengthen Ligatus' extensive sales activities in the DACH region.

The 43-year-old sales professional brings long-standing expertise to the company: In addition to Scout24 Media, Edzard Maske was Head of Advertising Sales at the eBay Advertising Group, where he led several teams across Germany from Hamburg. In his role as Key Account Manager for United Internet Media AG, Maske was the sales contact for the Dentsu Aegis Network.

"In addition to considerable sales know-how from the digital economy, Maske also has great programmatic competence." Under the direction of Mack-de Boer, Edzard Maske plans, manages and controls all Ligatus sales activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Likewise, the native Rhinelander is responsible for the personnel structure and management of a highly motivated sales team.
